ALL ABOUT THE ROCKS
The idea of rock painting started about twenty years ago with a book I found at the cottage. It was just something for my children and I to do while we were on vacation. We tried our best to paint the animals in the book; it did not work out very well!
When I returned to the city, I really didn’t think too much more about it. The years passed, the children have grown, and they now have kids of their own. Then, a few years ago, I was looking for something small to paint on and remembered how much I enjoyed painting rocks. I had painted chestnuts the year before and had given most of them away for Christmas. I thought rocks could be my next give-away. Little did I know that it would lead to a passion for rock painting. Every week I am inspired to do more, and I’m sure that will not stop any time soon. I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy painting them. Painted rocks have now become my best seller. Some of the rocks may be gone by the time you see them, but if you would like one, please feel free to contact me and I will let you know if it is still available.
